We have just received information that Mr Mutenguna has decided to fire monze council Secretary Frank Kalenga.

The council Chairman is looking for faults in the council secretary who has been professional. 

In an unbelievable event,when the council was allocating the plot to the lebanese national,the council chairman asked the council secretary to leave the the chamber so that he couldn't advise the full council,a thing that shocked all councilors.

Where on earth would you remove the Chief advisor to the council from a full council meeting?

And will soon publish letters of suspension of this Chairperson for leaking information to the PF before elections.

In another development,the Council Chairman has already received money to push for a vote of confidence motion against his vice vice Chairman so that he can continue with his illegality.

The local government guidelines are clear on who fires the Council Secretary and how a vice vice Council Chairperson is removed.

Meanwhile,the monze community is demanding that the wall fence built by the Council should be put back after it was demolished by the Lebanese.
